only wifi, no phone calls?

Hey there,
well got an issue with my pay-as-you-go card.
Bought that one on amazon and got it activated.
So Wifi works just fine...but no calls available.
I cant call anyone - doesn´t even get me a ring tone, just a message "call ended".
only worked for one call, when i tried to re-dial...same message
and cant receive any calls - it puts directly through to the o2 messaging system.
hm also have roaming on... (just now located in germany)
and well also tried the sim card in another device..didn t work there to.
(the card is 15pounds 15GB +30GB free, unlimited mins and texts)
So if anyone has any advice would be cool:)

Have you topped up the sim card? and did you message the company on Amazon who sold it you to add the free credit onto the sim? as otherwise it will have 0 credit.

Also check the Sim hasn't expired as the tariff these are over a year old. and has been replaced.

Activating a sim outside of the UK will also be a problem.
