Absolute o2 failure,
After 6 of no service since i popped in new sim card and asking for my old
number to be transferred.
Have phoned several times on the issue only to be told it has transferred.
I can only make emergency calls.
I cant search for any mobile networks.
Switched fone on and off a 100 times and still nothing
Now feel o2 is a **** outfit.

Hi guys,
Read that due to Covid19 transferring numbers could take weeks,8 days and still
only able to make emergency calls.
I have been told its been transferred.
I have now sent in Pac code again this time asking for the original number on sim
to be kept.
Tmrw will see if its worked.
Phone working well,so cant see why this is happening.

@Des1 If you've been told that the number has been transferred, try rebooting your phone and check to see if the number has ported. PACs are not actioned on the weekends. If you resubmitted the form, the earliest day for your number to port now will probably be Tuesday.
