hi im not sure if able to help my old number is inactive and is attached to my old google account im not sure how old the number is can it be fixed or put on a sim

If over 6 months it will have been recycled if not used on PAYG. so you wont be able to get it back

Send o2 a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or you can call 0344 809 0202 from your o2 phone and ask if it can be got back, just on the off chance

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
