basically on friday i changed my tariff to £5 bundle, then regretted it but the change didn’t show up on the O2 app so i disregarded ans topped up £10 and usual. i received my £10 bundle and was able to use my data etc for the rest of friday night. now my £10 bundle has disappeared, i can’t avail of my data etc that i was charged £10 for!! please help as i cant afford to be losing a tenner i literally want to cry
