getting back my old pay as you go number?

hello everyone, i recently changed my pay as you go number due to getting plently of texts from unknown numbers. not thinking at the time my online banking sends me a code through to my old number everytime i sign in, is there anyway i can get this number back at all? 

ps; im using the same sim card that my old number was on and i switched number around 3 months ago.

I wouldn't think so but you'd have to call 4445 to check with customer service.
Can you not just update your banking apps with a new number?

I'd have thought a call to the bank helpline would sort it.

There are two chances of getting the original number back, slim to none. It's a simple matter of changing the number through online banking and the balance texts will come to the new number.
