Hi ,
I wanted to set up esim on my Iphone. I called customer service. She did swap sim.
Now my phone is not working. It's giving Invalid number.
How can I revert back to normal.

Did you already have an esim pack? as simswaps can take upto 24 hours to complete
You will need to get a new physical sim card, which can be ordered via Customer Services or by popping into an o2 shop with Photo ID and they can swap it for you.
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
