basically i bought the 15 pound bundle last month and i still had a lot of data left and i would like either a refund or my data back as i want my full moneys worth

There are no refunds on PAYG bundles, added to the fact you need to top up each month to continue using your allowances.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
