Hiya, I bought an iphone on O2 pay as you go and as per the current rules, I can't unlock it to use with other carrier sims for another 12 mths.If I take up a new pay monthly sim contract with O2 can I get it unlocked earlier . Please advise.

Lost pay and go SIM

Hi,I’ve recently moved abroad and have misplaced my PAYG SIM. Haven’t used the phone since being in the U.K. in December and cs won’t send me a new one until I provide them with the balance or the ssn which I do not have. Can anybody help? Thanks
