I just got a message to say that there are changes from 23/8. Clicked on the link provided and it includes '1. Your £5 big bundle is about to get bigger..... you'll get ..... in exchange for £15 top up each month'.

No O2 people online for me to check that the initial part is an error - I'll be leaving if my £5 increases to £15. I am not paying that much when I have no coverage at home. Anyone else know anything about this?

I spoke to both the retention team and the general number - didn't get very far but eventually they said there'd be no change to the amount I paid.

Had other problems with o2 since then though... Just going to wait until phone out of warranty that I bought from them and then I will change I think.

There are no £5 tariffs available to the general public so yours will be a specially discounted tariff based on the £15 one. The tariff prices aren't changing so I wouldn't imagine your discount will change either.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Seems that it is a mistake.

If you call 2202 you get a different story 500 mins 100 texts 1GB but only £5...which would be good.

Customer services say the retention big bundle will not be changing.

Have you considered the Classic PAYG? May save you money if you don't use the allowance each month.
