My son has a pay as you go mobile in my name with another company. I would like to switch him to 02 but retain his current phone number.Is that possible?

Forbidden access to rewards

When I try to access my rewards page to save what I have acquired so far. I put my number in to gain access but then the page will state Forbidden You do not have permission to access the requested resource. Why has it started to do this?
