Resolved! After topping up suddenly balance removed from the account

I topped up my balance of 10 pounds on 25th november. I get a message on 27th november saying 10 pounds have been taken from my account and then a message saying I have only 5 pounds left in my account. I do not know what happened

Resolved! PAYG to Contract query

Hi, I have a pay as you go o2 sim, I want to change it to a contract, can I do that but still keep the same sim card? If so please can someone explain how to do it? I'm no where near an o2 shop and am homeless so can't receive a sim in the post.

I have a Alcatel that is networked locked to O2 that I need unlocking O2 are saying it isn't on there system I can't contact them via live chat what more can I do? The phone says it is locked to O2
