I was with Virgin but transferred to O2 by asking for a sim with a £10 bundle. Once installed I topped up with £10 but got a text to say my balance is 0.00. I topped up again with £10 and again it said I have nil balance. I have an old O2 phone and it's completely different - can anyone understand or explain why it says my call time balance is 0.00?

Not sure there is any point in answering as you have deleted your account. However, Big Bundles take your money in return for allowances.

If you are on a £10 bundle and you have topped up £20, you should now have £10 credit plus your bundle allowances.
Checkk in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 but it can take 30 mins or so to update after the top up.
