You’ve cut my line off

I paid £10 for a new bundle on the 3rd November which is due for renewal on the 3rd January .   A week ago you cut my line off.  Why was this?

Bundles only last for 30 days so a renewal on Nov 3rd would require to be renewed by a top up on Dec 2nd hence why you have no allowances.
