My daughter is with O2 PAYG and is getting a lot of harassment and bullying. What's the best way to change her number? Do I just get a new SIM?

It may be quicker these days to just order a new sim and bin the old one https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/sim-cards/pay-as-you-go

I'd keep hold of the old sim in case they need it for anything in the future then.

@Bambino wrote:@Deb46 You can also call call customer service and ask to have any credit left on the old sim transferred to the new one.
That can be done, however, it will disconnect the sim from the network, so check if the Police need the sim to remain active or not first.
