I have a £10 big bundle and plenty of minutes left.
I see that I have a missed call and also there is a message on my phone that I have a voicemail message and to call 123.
I call 123 and get put through to the speaking clock and am then charged 20p.
This has happened before and I was refunded but has juts happened again and now you can't get through ona chat line
Any ideas what i should do ??

Hi @Anonymous 123 is the speaking clock but not sure why you would have had a message to ring that number?. It's 901 to get voicemail messages Info here
You should certainly call customer services to get this checked out https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
