Voicemail and the speaking clock

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have a £10 big bundle and plenty of minutes left.

I see that I have a missed call and also there is a message on my phone that I have a voicemail message and to call 123.

I call 123 and get put through to the speaking clock and am then charged 20p.

This has happened before and I was refunded but has juts happened again and now you can't get through ona  chat line

Any ideas what i should do ??

I guess you used to have an EE Phone so if you go into call settings you can change the default number to 901 so you can just press and hold the No1 key
To dial VM.
