I had 10gbp and it has gone down to to 7,50 and I have data, I have not called anyone and only used texts which I have unlimited anyways. Can you please tell me where the difference has gone??

O2 will not be able to tell you what used data, you will need to look at your data consumption by app on your phone.

 

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
