URGENT Top Up Successful but I have no data

Hi, today I topped up my account with 10£. I already 5£ in. My data bundle is 10£ for 6 GB, and I received an e-mail saying my top up was successful, and they charged me seeing from my bank. CTMGO2Wr26jdukpi5l46 This is the reference number. I also looked at my O2, which claims I still have 11GB I can use. But all day, I didn’t have any data. How can I sort this? Urgent.
