Urgent abroad

Hello, I am on the 15£ bundle and i am currently in greece, the data works however i cant seem to make any calls or texts to greek numbers and uk number!

More importantly, i am trying to get my PAC and the messages will not go through.

I am receiving messages from O2

Is there another way to get my PAC? this is urgent and the customer service aren't responsive

This isn't customer services nor are there any o2 staff on this customer to customer community.. 

The PAC ShortCodes wont work overseas as a lot of overseas networks dont know how to route SMS 

You will need to contact customer services Guide: How to find help & contact O2  and this guide has all the information for getting your PAC Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update] 

You may find issues with Porting whilst overseas so you are always advised to do it with the SIMs in the UK...

Also from overseas make sure you are connected to a Greek Network rather than one from Turkey or Albania, and if it doesn't work try manually selecting another network..
