Two Sim only contracts.

As per title I am running two sims on two phones. 

My question is, how easy would it be to ask O2 to switch the numbers around ?

I need the better options and data on the second phone not the first....or is it a case of going through the PAC routines to achieve what I want?

Sorry but that can't be done at all

Moving one number will automatically close that account and there is no way around that

Everything is done by the system and it can't be overridden

Just wondering 

Why not put phone 1 sim in phone 2

and phone 2 sim in phone 1

would that achieve it?

No @TallTrees , they will still have the same data allowance on the same number
