Hi , does the £15 rolling plan cover usage in the Canary Islands please ?

Yes it does. Although as a PAYG customer without access to 4G calling you may have difficulty in some locations if 3G has been turned off

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
