O2 are hopeless. I want to transfer a new pay as you go sim and keep my old number. You would think that should be easy. Every time I try to enter the new sim serial number it comes up with an error message. There is a 20 min wait to talk to anyone and no one available on live chat. You scroll through all the information on your account and no help. The customer service is rubbish and I will probably end up changing networks.

20 minutes is not a long time to be in a queue to get through to someone who can help there and then, and all networks are the same at the moment.
