Topping up in spain

can anyone please help..

I'm in spain at the minute and have a top up voucher. But cannot phone 4444 as it doesn't accept shortcodes in spain.

I've tried everything on my 02 app to find the top up voucher part. But It goes straight on to top up by card..

What button do I press to find this as I've no money on card..

Please help someone lol

Hello cleoriff.

Really appreciate your help. But its sending me mad..

All the numbers on there like hotkey. I've not got I've tried it and the 111 star thing with hash says sad running then comes up unknown application..

Tried ringing the other number on it the english 017 something one. 

Goes blank...

I dont know what to do...

Also not sure why 4444 doesn't work for you? I was PAYG for years and used that number to top up whilst in Spain. I also had a debit card registered to my account later on and used that to top up. Never had a problem @Tommy11

Try switching to Movistar rather than Vodafone ES as, Movistar usually works.
