When i got 0 gb, why it deducted GBP 2 automatically??? Can I opt-out this function?

@Belle Sounds like you are on an old Pay & Go tariff and are being charged whether you use the phone or not. O2 don't offer the tariff any more, so if you switch you won't be able to go back to it.
