SIM card on My02

I have added a pay as you go to my "MyO2" account where I have managed my account for years,. It is in a small alarm and sends texts to me if disturbed.

I have changed it from the tarif it was on to £10 UK & international as this gets 5000 texts.

Tried to top it up from my account in MYO2 but O2 wont accept the payment... even when I tried auto top up and via another mobile... Help please?

Hi @Farmer-James 

You first top up for PAYG has to be via a voucher

After the first top up via voucher you will be able to top up using any other method shown in the guide above

Purely because CS disagree that you need a voucher top up first. However, after years of experience on here and being customers like yourself, we know that you do. If you check my guide I linked to, you will see I actually wrote that part in red....
