Rolling plan - has not renewed

My rolling plan that I have had for over a year has not renewed despite O2 sending a text to say payment would be taken. I have lost all the data I had that should have rolled over & only realised my phone didn’t work when away from home - no notification. This has happened before to my daughter with her rolling plan too.
