Hello. I had a rolling plan going for a while but then suddenly stopped so I tried to re do it . o2 took £10 from my bank but failed to give me a rolling plan so I called them , they then took another £10 from my phone balance , told me it was done but still no rolling plan. I have since sent them three complaints and have not heard anything back at all. Anyone else experience this ?

We've had a few reports of the same on here.
You need to persevere with O2 unfortunately.

You might have further problems getting engagement from O2 on this as you have submitted formal complaints. Teams frequently refuse to engage with customers if there is an open complaint noted on the customer record. And unfortunately, there are currently long delays - said to be up to eight weeks - in O2 investigating and issuing a response to complaints.
