Hi, I have recently received a sim for the rolling plan. It mentioned in the mail that if I pay £10 I would received 25GB on my rolling plan. I’ve just put £10 on the sim and only received 15GB. Please could you advise.

@Akeem

It takes a few days for the additional data to be added but it will be done so automatically.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Your extra data will NOT show via My O2 but you can check if it’s been applied by using some data and checking if your data balance reduces. If it doesn’t then the extra data has been applied to your account. Only when you see your available data reduce will you know that you’ve used up your extra allowance. Confusing possibly but that’s the way O2 do it.
