Hi Wendy, I don't know if you know but to get the data rollover on PAYG you need to stick to the same tariff every month or you lose it.
Bizarrely - You even lose the data rollover if you upgrade tariff (Why O2 penalizes it's customers for upgrading and actually spending more money is beyond me)
If you did not change tariff and did not miss the payment date then you should get the rollover and as said you should contact customer services.
