Hi,
Earlier I got a notification on my phone that said "You have lost data connectivity because you left your home network". Data roaming isn't activated on my phone.
I don't know why this happened as I have not left the UK and I don't live near a border.
Can anyone shed some light onto what's happening here? I've not been charged for roaming and my phone displayed "O2-UK" as the network name when the notification appeared.
Thanks

As we have no access to your account, you will need to ring customer services
https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
Though as you haven't been charged I think it was probably a network 'glitch'

I'm thinking it's a network glitch too seeing as there were no charges and the phone kept displaying 'O2 - UK'.
I'll just keep using my phone as normal and if anything weird happens again then I'll ring CS.
Thanks
