I have an iPhone 4 and would like to obtain a reasonably priced refurbished iPhone 6 or SE. Can any one point me in the right direction?

@Jillyb256 you'll have to check the O2 shop pages or go somewhere like cex.

Yep, but you will have to pay the whole amount rather than an upgrade through O2 and reading the post that is exactly what the OP wants to do.
With CEX you can even try selling them the iphone 4 @Jillyb256

@Jillyb256 You're much better off going to CEX. Not only will you most likely be able to get the phone you want, but you'll get a fair price there and then for your old phone. O2 Recycle is notorious for offering a price, then they say the phone is 'water damaged' or 'has a cracked screen' and they offer a pittance for it. We see posts like that all the time here.
Just make sure you wipe all your data and personal information from your old phone before you sell it. Here's how: https://www.imore.com/how-wipe-all-your-personal-data-ipad-or-iphone

Who are CEX?
I am not looking to sell my iPhone 4 and I wish to buy outright a refurbished iPhone 6 or SE

@Jillyb256 If you want a refurb outright then your still looking at a couple hundred quid or more
