At the moment, I'm overseas. I have a PayAsYouGo sim. Is there a way to mitigate international call charges when I accept an incoming call from the UK? Thanks in advance for any help.

No option with O2 @Morrigan
You could get a local sim if practicable?

I notice you are PAYG? Prices for Singapore are pretty much the same as pay monthly
Your best bet is to use Wifi and contact friends and family via Whatsapp or Messenger. Or even use a local sim. (as said above)
Hopefully your voicemail is OFF as that will be classed as receiving a call even if you don't respond to it.
If VM isn't off and you cant do it as you are abroad, you will need to contact O2 and ask them to turn it off for you. The number to call from abroad is in this link. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
