Hey, joined o2 last week and 5 days ago my number ported over from old network Vodafone. All appeared to be correct, old sim stopped working and o2 sim now has my number. However 5 days later my o2 doesn’t recognise the number, when I try to top up it says this is Tesco mobile number And to call 4445, yet that number won’t connect.

I’ve called CS every day and they’re useless. No one is taking accountability and getting it sorted. I can only receive calls.

Any advice greatfully appreciated, just feel like getting my pac code and moving on (except I can’t text or get through to CS to get it)
