You can request a credit refund in your MyO2 but only if you leave O2.

  •  We will not be able to reverse or refund any payment made using the Pay As You Go top-up service which has been incorrectly attributed as a result of your error. Once you have completed a top-up, you'll be notified by SMS to the O2 Pay As You Go phone credited.
  • 3.5. If you wish to stop using the Service at any time after the 14 day Trial Period, there will generally be no refund of unused call time, except for certain limited circumstances e.g. if you switch providers using a PAC or STAC code (see clause 8 below).

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

If you are on PAYG, you can text INFO to 85075 to get details of your potential refund should you leave O2 ; the response will also contain lots of additional information.
