Hi,
I am PAYG, how do you change or cancel reoccurring payment? I cannot see anything on My O2, do I have to call them?

To stop your auto top-up and delete your details go to www.o2.co.uk/myo2. Then go to auto top-up and you can then cancel your auto top-up and details.
If you cant find the option then call o2 on 4445
