PAYG sim deals for use in a tablet

I'm trying to find the best deal for a SIM only PAYG deal with O2 on a 30 day contract basis. It will be for using in a tablet in France where I will only have 4G. Any ideas?

Get a French PAYG sim card when you arrive, as you are limited to only 63 days in 180days roaming if used with a UK sim card (all networks apply the rule).

O2 only sell tablet sims for use in the UK I'm afraid https://www.o2.co.uk/tablet-sims 

Not sure about other networks. When I used a tablet in Spain I bought a local sim which lasted a month.

I went with Orange ES as that was the best. Choose the best one for France.
