I had a rolling plan, which I was unable to pay for this month, evidentially it got cancelled. I’m trying to update my rolling plan but the payment I assume can only be take via debit card, the payment is in my o2 account! I’ve been trying to get through to online chat, but keep going in endless circles with no positive outcome, is there a simpler way to get to online chat?

Chat is rarely available these days.
Best place is to hang around the shop pages and it may pop up.
Rolling plans must be paid via a debit card anyway. Pay As You Go: Introducing "Rolling Plans"
