On basic payg, how do I leave?

Hi

 

I am only paying a fiver a month on basic payg

 

however want to leave O2. Not in a contract but not sure if I just leave, or have to give notice.

 

Not  bothered about pac codes etc.

 

i cannot seem to see any info on my account to discontinue with O2

 

i have 30p left then have to top up.

 

No direct debit set up

 

what do I do please

You can either not top up but then you may get reminder texts from O2.

Or

Call O2 on 4445 and explain your intention to leave.

Based on your requirements, just destroy the sim.

There is zero obligation for any PAYG sims.
