O2 told me I had some rewards to claim or save. But I went to save it and there is nothing there to save. Where is it? And how do I get it? Thanks

Last quarters rewards needed to have been saved before the end of December.
Terms here O2 | Rewards, promotions & competition Terms and Conditions - The O2 Rewards Programme
Redemption periods for claiming or saving Rewards are 4th April to 30th June, 4th July to 30th September, 4th October to 31st December and 4th January to 31st March. Rewards must be redeemed within the relevant 3 month redemption period outlined in this clause. Rewards that have not been claimed or saved at the end of each redemption period will be lost.
