Solved: O2 Calls for upgrades.. Is it a SCAM? - O2 Community

Recently got a call from O2 representative recommending me to upgrade from pay as you go to 12 months contract. Just wanted to confirm is this number really belongs to O2 sales team or not +443333440541. Though she asking for my card details in order to create direct debit, hence I am suspicious about this..

Any comments?
