No service on network

Hello, my sim card is not working, it says No Service. I am in the Philippines.

No roaming arrangement for O2 in Philipines, @Mel13 - https://www.o2.co.uk/international/using-your-phone-abroad - you may have used up any balance you had remaining if you have been making calls/using data.

Check to see if you can get a local SIM for use while you are there for Data - you can then use Whatsapp or similar for calls if needed. Your UK number will not work while you have "No Service".

You can roam in the Philippines on PAYG but it costs a small fortune..

What network are you trying to roam on, is it Smart PH or Globe or Sun?  As the only that worked for me is Smart
