I just cancelled my pay monthly plan. I was given a new sim, and called o2, who told me to wait 24hrs until my phone stopped working, then put the new SIM card in, and turn my phone on. I’ve done all that but my old number hasn’t migrated to the new SIM card. I tried logging onto my o2 online account but there was no option to activate anything.

You need to contact O2.
