International SIM (P&G) rates are currently NOT applied when using phone abroad. Is this the intended international SIM operation? In other words, are international rates intended to only apply when calling a foreign number geographically from the UK? Is this the same for £15+ Big Bundles?
International rates were most definitely applied pre-2020 for years, even if using my international SIM from the actual country I am calling. If that's no longer the case, then O2 is pretty useless for any international travel now = switching provider for both of my O2 numbers. Does anyone else have the same experience / have more insight?
