I topped up £20 for my £20 big bundles but I only got given 1000 minutes

I have the £20 Big Bundles and the O2 website says with £20 you get:

2000 minutes, 2000 texts and 6GB of 2G/3G/4G data in the UK with data rollover of up to 6GB a month, subject to bundle caps in exchange for £25 each month. Includes discounted international calls from the UK starting at 1p/min.

I topped up today my usual £20 and when I checked my bundles it said I only have 1000 minutes. That's not fair! So that means that everyone else is getting what they asked for but not me?

You are correct, with a £20 Big Bundle you do get 2000 minutes in your allowance.https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-as-you-go/big-bundles

We would have no idea why you only got 1000 minutes.

You best bet is to call customer services who will see your top up and your allowances. They can rectify any mistake made https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

I think that’s an error on the website and 2000 mins is for a £25 top up.
@Martin-O2 @Marjo can you check please as it states both £20 and £25 in the product description.

Either way the OP topped up on the understanding they would get the allowance as stated, so as it's O2's error

they should get what they paid for. Another website mess up:smileysad:

Hey guys, an update on what you spotted above: thet help & support page is indeed incorrect and shows some allowances for the £25 Big Bundle under the £20 one. Thanks for reporting this guys, much appreciated - it's being looked at and should be getting updated ASAP. slight_smile
