Hi I’m struggling to divert my calls from my new SIM card to my work number. It works with other sims when I put in the phone so must be something to do with the new SIM cards. I have registered it and topped up the new card also

Not possible from an O2 PAYG phone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi, thanks for the advise. I have tried this before and says registration failed, which is weird as I have tried with my other phone and works fine. It has to be something to do with the SIM card holding it off
