I've spoken to four different advisors now in o2 customer service, and while balance notifications have been stopped, they cannot stop my data usage notifications, nor can I see any option within my iPhone settings to prevent them.
This is an example of what I'm currently waking up to in the morning, which may have lit up my screen since the early hours and depleted my battery significantly, or drained it completely - the screens remains lit until I hit dismiss.
Does anybody have any experience of how to stop this?

I'm on the 321 Classic tariff and am being plagued at the moment with balance notifications. Hope it's just to do with O2's problems today but I've had to stop the (every minute) notifications by leaving my phone in airplane mode.
