Solved: How to find invoice?

I am on pay as you go. I pay £10 per month for it. I usually top up in advance so I don't forget and the next month rolls over automatically. This month I checked and there was £5.20. I was sure there was enough for this month. I would like to see how all of my credit has been spent. Where can I find this information?

The only way on PAYG is to request a SAR https://www.o2.co.uk/help/safety-and-security/how-to-get-a-copy-of-the-information-we-store-about-yo... or for recent calls look in your phone log.

You need to call 4445 and ask O2 or If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
