Hi Guys
I have been trying to top up my mobile. I am supposed to pay so much a month for a rolling contract to end when I want. I am left with 15p. Went to top up what I may owe 02, plus extra, and will not accept my card. The card has been accepted by my wife’s bank ( all bills paid from that account). Keeps stating I got to top up but cannot do this..
I rang up to top up, states there is an issue presently with this service.
Does anyone know, how long payg will be down, thanks
