Ive just put in a new sim card sent to me from o2 with the £10bundle giving you unlimted texts unlimited minutes and 7gb data. On the leaflet it say top up the sim with £10 then claim your free £10 when you send the message FREE10 to 21500 which i did but i received a text saying this is not for you and telling me about the other rewards I have till the 3/11/21 to get this free top up then why cant I have it

There have been issues with that offer, and others have been told to call customer services on 4445 to get it added @PJC ...
