Oh dear lord how hard can it be to get an esim.....await for the esim link to arrive...but in order to access the QR code I need to enter a 6 digit code sent by sms BUT due to applying for an esim my phone sim has been cut off so cannot get a sms message.....I've been going around the shops by o2 for 4 days.....any solutions anyone before I give up

You'll need to take photo ID in to an O2 store to get it activated.
